The Taiwan AI Cloud website says it was established jointly by the ASUS Group and the government, has built several TOP500 supercomputers, and positions itself as a promoter of sovereign AI. Its products cover AI data center construction (AI Compute Foundry), the AFS series of AI platforms (AFS AI Hub, AFS MyAgent and others), Model Foundry model services and On-Demand AI Cloud cloud computing power.
TAIDE (the Trustworthy AI Dialogue Engine, a program to advance trustworthy generative AI in Taiwan) is guided by the National Science and Technology Council and carried out by the National Applied Research Laboratories. Its goal is to develop trustworthy Traditional Chinese models that strengthen knowledge of Taiwan's local culture, terminology and national conditions. The official website has a model download area listing models such as Gemma-3-TAIDE-12b-Chat and Llama-3.1-TAIDE-LX-8B-Chat, with terms and license agreements attached.

It can be deployed as SaaS on a public cloud, on a private cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on premises.
